A special Thank You for cards, letters and donations, also all the individuals and organisations who helped to look after Dave during his short illness, they are Dr Shridar, Staff at Rope Medical Centre, Christies Hospital, Macmillan Nurses, the First Response Team, A&E Leighton Hospital also Ward 3 and 12 and many thanks to Christine and Oxleys for the sensitive handling of all funeral arrangements and to the Rev Ken Sambrook of St Marys, Wistaston for conducting a very moving service.
